What is Front End Load ?
Application of FEL is allowed under constitutive documents of the funds and decision to apply the same has been taken after detailed analysis of online investment transactions received from our valued investors where we observed that receipt of timely payments against online investments are beneficial for the entire unitholder base of the fund as it enables Fund Managers to make investment decisions efficiently.
FEL Conditions on Online Investments:
FEL will be applied as per following conditions accordingly to the payment date-time:
If payment is made within 5 hours of form booking date-time = Zero FEL
If payment is made after 5 hours of form booking but before form expiry = Full FEL charged
This FEL strategy will be applicable on online investments received in Equity & Asset Allocation Funds only
This FEL strategy will be NOT be applicable on forms booked through SIP or Umrah Challenge and Pay Via Cheque
