iPayments is a service by iSAVE, which allows instant redemption/transfer of funds via your iSAVE account to ANY bank account in Pakistan through IBFT service. This hassle free service allows you to make instant redemption to your own bank account or make payments to any other bank account with just a few taps.

Simply log in to your iSAVE account via App or web portal

• Navigate to “iPAY” (If you are using “iPAY” services for the first time then you will need to activate your iPAY services by verifying your mobile number – simply follow the on screen instructions)
• Select iPayments from the screen

You can now choose to make redemptions/payments in your own bank account by selecting “Own Account” or select “Other Account” to make redemptions/payments to other bank accounts by adding beneficiaries.

For instant redemption/payments to “Own Account”, follow the below steps:

• Select “Own Account” tab from the top
• Select account and fund from which you wish to make the payment
• Enter the amount you wish to redeem/transfer
• Select the mode of OTP
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile phone or email address
• Your amount has been successfully processed

For instant redemption/payments to “Other Account”, follow the below steps:

• Select “Other Account” tab from the top and click on “Add Beneficiary”
• Enter beneficiary details in the required fields
• Once entered, click “verify” to validate your beneficiary details
• An OTP (One Time Pin consisting of 4 digits) will be sent to your registered mobile phone number and email address
• Enter both OTPs received in the required fields
• Upon entering the correct OTPs you will be prompted to review and confirm details of the new beneficiary
• Once the beneficiary is successfully added, you can now make redemption/payments to your beneficiary’s account
• Navigate to “other accounts” and select the beneficiary you wish to transfer funds
• Select account and fund from which you wish to make the payment
• Enter the amount you wish to redeem/transfer
• Select the mode of OTP
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile phone or email address
• Your amount has been successfully processed

Yes! Before you start using iPayments we will need to verify the ownership of your registered mobile phone number available in your account. When you click on iPayments for the first time, just follow the on screen instructions to activate iPayments services. iPayments will only be activated on accounts where ownership of the provided mobile phone number is successfully verified through Pakistan MNP Database (PMD) Guarantee Limited

You can make redemption/transfer to any bank account across Pakistan – It could be your own bank account or you can add beneficiaries and make redemption/transfer to other people you wish to.

This service is available for all iSAVE account holders. VPS Account holders cannot avail this service.
