This is to inform all unitholders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme managed by MCB Investment Management Limited that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the 2nd Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Islamic Energy Fund (ALHIEF) via Letter No. SCD/AMCW/AIEF/2025/411 dated July 29, 2026. These documents may be viewed at company’s official website: www.mcbfunds.comÂ
In the above context and in compliance of Regulation 44(6) of NBFC Regulations 2008, the Supplemental Offering Document shall be made effective from August 28, 2026. Â
