NOTICE TO THE UNIT HOLDERS

This is to inform all the Unit Holders of Alhamra Islamic Income Fund (ALH IIF) managed by MCB Investment Management Limited that the Trustee has given consent on the Thirteenth Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Islamic Income Fund. The Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s websites: www.mcbah.com & www.alhamrafunds.com. 

The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from 21 June, 2022.
